Whipped Shortbread Cookies

Awesome. Had to tweak the baking time, but once they were golden brown on the edges, I took them out. I added raspberry jam and apricot jam in place of the cherries.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I can see how this frosting is really good, but I had to make a few changes because I ran out of powdered sugar. I used 4 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, and about 1 cup of powdered sugar. It was rich and still very good! Used it on the Iced Pumpkin Cookies from this site.

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

First time making sweet potatoes. Created my own spice mixture - 1 tbs. cumin, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. curry powder, and salt. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices, along with garlic cloves. Would definitely make again!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Added whole cloves of garlic with the pork. Used 4 lb. pork shoulder, Red Tail Ale BBQ Sauce from Whole Foods, and served with sweet potato fries. Very good!

Easiest Focaccia Recipe
