About this Cook
My husband and I lead worship at a small worship venue with our band called "Mustard Seed" named so because Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Putting my faith and trust in Christ has completely transformed my life!
My favorite things to cook
I love dessert! Cheesecake, cake, pie, ice cream...you name it , I'm a fan! However I am learning how to COOK real food!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making cookies with my daughter. She puts on her little apron with her name on it and loves to make Mrs.Siggs snickerdoodles ( on this site)...mostly she likes rolling the dough in sugar and cinnamon and licking the mixing spoon!
My cooking triumphs
Killer Shrimp! Like the restaurant by that name in Marina del Rey. My husbands FAVORITE!
My cooking tragedies
Very often what I make for dinner, although I'm improving!

Quick Yeast Rolls
I followed the recipe exactly, but I have made bread before and the consistency wasn't right so I kept adding flour until it pulled away from the bowl. Maybe 1 more cup. With that this recipe is 5 stars all the way. Great white bread for sandwiches when made into a loaf! Thanks for sharing your heirloom recipe!

French Bread Rolls to Die For
These rolls wer wonderful! They reminded my family of a recipe from our Aunt in VA. whose recipes are always, " a handful of this and a pinch of that..." We brushed the tops with melted butter before the rolls had risen. This is the recipe I've been looking for. THANQ!
