Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I was disappointed with these wings. I did bake them and realize they would be best fried but the coating was nothing special. For those of you who bake them I did it at 400 for 60 minutes; I took them out at 45 but still pink; my wings were fat. The sauce, nothing special either. I would use Hot Wings sauce by Franks, it's zippier and no butter. I was using this more for the wings than the sauce. I think like another rater that Shake and Bake would have worked just as well.

Broccoli Cheese Soup IV
Pretty good. Had a craving for this, it was the easiest to do. Good consistency. I agree one pound of cheese would be too much I used around 10 ounces and would use little less next time. I microwaved cream cheese for 50 seconds so that it was prety melted when I added it. I used the simply smart skim milk and and extra 1/2 cup of half/half. I also used fresh broccoli for added nutrients. Good stuff.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
A huge hit, two weeks in a row! I used 1 regular and 1 lowfat cm. cheese as well as 1/2c regular and 1/2 c light mayo. Add as many jalepenos as you want, I just kept tasting as I added them. Whip cream cheese first for smoother consistency with a beater or imersion blender. Added in about 1/2 cup parmesean cheese from the can into dip, then put the shredded on top. Bake 350 for 1/2 hour, spread on toasted bread, triscuits, or wheat ritz. Men couldn't step away from the food counter!! Now a new regular in my "mix" of appetizers.
