Triple Chocolate Cake Pops

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2015
Really good and really rich. I also added peppermint for half of the vanilla and it was just the right amount of extra flavor.

Homemade Chicken Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2014
Used whole wheat flour and added cooked, shredded chicken. I also used ham stock (since it was what I had) and added some chicken bullion. It was delicious!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
This is really yummy, but not exactly gooey like I would like. I've made it twice and both times it's kind of hard on top. I used butter instead of margarine. I really want to like this...

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
Love this! I've made it three times now and it's just delicious. This last time I tried substituting cilantro for the dill and that was great too! Plus, I always add hot sauce to it, as some other reviewers suggested.

I used fresh green beans and it was awesome! The best green beans I've ever had by far.

Spinach and Pasta Shells

Reviewed: May 6, 2010
Not very flavorful. I added lots of extra oil, since it was dry. But it still tasted weird. My kids wouldn't eat it at all. Will not make again.

Granola Energy Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
Very yummy. I didn't have wheat germ, oat bran, or flax seeds, so I added extra sunflower seeds and oats. It still was delicious. I also added some cracked wheat, but that was a bad idea -- it's too hard. I'm not sure what I was thinking there. Anyway, it's a great recipe that I will definitely use again!

Fragrant Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Very good! I used chicken breasts and cooked them with the onions. The "stew" seemed a little thin. Maybe next time I would add less broth or something.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
I only let it rise once (short on time!) and it still turned out great! It's nice to have a recipe that is healthy so I can be excited about making pizza for dinner!

Classic Pear Crisp

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
This was good. It was very quick and easy to make, I will probably make it again. I added ground ginger and frozen blueberries. As others said it was pretty liquid-y on the bottom. The leftovers were too soggy so I had to put it back in the oven to eat the next day, but the taste was really good.

BREAKSTONE'S Sensational Creamy Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
Very easy and delicious. It was nice not to roll dough. The only problem was that it didn't seem to rise enough to cut in half, so I just did it in one piece. I used cream cheese instead of sour cream though, and I'm not sure if that affected it. I will definitely make it again though.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
Very yummy. It really is more like tortilla soup than corn chowder though. I froze some and saved it for later and it reheated well.

Pumpkin and Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Wow! Gourmet! I used sweet potatoes instead of pumpkin, like it says you can, omitted the praline liqueur and the onions, and it was still delicious. Will definitely make again. I might try putting some diced sausage in after pureeing to add some chunks.
