Journey to healthy lifestyle

So my husband got up a few weeks ago and decided he wanted to live a more healthy lifestyle. He wanted to lower the carbs, increase the veggies, only drink water, the works. That was just fine for me as I want him to be more healthy and cut off the junk,
but at the same time, it was quite a shock to my creativity.
Being Jamaican, starch, carbs and protein is a pretty standard part of all meals. Definitely not tiny portions either. As a newlywed, dinner was one new thing on my plate, no pun intended, to further have to prepare healthy dinner, I was both terrified
Regardless, challenge accepted!
Let's be real, the minute you think healthy, you think diet. At least I did. Until I started reading and exploring more, and I realised what he wanted was more of a healthy lifestyle, not just a diet plan. This was definitely something I could sign on
to, a healthy lifestyle.
So here we go!
