Marshmallow Fondant
It actually worked! My sister and I made a cake for our neices wedding shower and came across this recipe for marshmallow fondant. We followed the recipe and it turned out great. It was easy to work with and tasted good on the cake. The taste seemed very "marshmallowy" to me at first, but once on the cake it was fine. We did make sure to roll the fondant thin about 1/8-1/4" thick. I will definately use this again.
