Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

I used 8 8oz fillets of tilapia but kept the seasoning at the original amount. It was so salty we could barely eat it after scraping the seasoning off! I questioned it when I looked at it, but did it anyway given the high reviews. We'll definitely make it again, but with maybe a teaspoon of salt instead of the 2 TABLESPOONS it calls off.

Best Ever Cinnamon Pull Aparts

I followed the diretions exactly. Biscuits piece barely fit in *9* inch square cake pan when raw. 1/4c butter with leftover cinnamon and sugar was too dry to even make a paste. 1/2c of butter made a crumbly topping. Put in oven to cook, at 30 minutes the biscuits had overflowd the pan, topping fell off and caught fire in the bottom of the oven!! Pull aparts were still salvageable, but not sweet at all. Had to mix up some cream cheese frosting before even the guys in my house would eat it. The outside biscuits were hard as rocks because I had too cook so long to make sure the middle was done, even after turning the whole mess onto a cookie sheet to finish cooking.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

My grandmother used to make these and they're so delicious when still soft with a glass of milk. Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for the recipe.

Almond Shortbread Cookies (Mantecaditos)

These are good, but I felt that the nutmeg was a little ovewrpowering, although it did mellow down after a couple days of sitting. The texture is great. Next I will leave out nutmeg and use half a cherry on each cookie. Thank you for the recipe.

Candy Coated Pecans

These are really good and I had no problem with sogginess - stored them in a ziploc baggie. Not the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but I will definately make them again. VERY easy to make.

Wonderful. Easy to throw together. Can't taste the vinegar at all. I usualy make homemade cream cheese frosting to go ont op of this.

Sour Cream Cheese Casserole

This was delicious!! Didn't make a whole lot, I was able to feed three teenage boys and myself. Presentation is a little blah, so don't make it for company, but I've already got requests to make it again. I'll be making this many more times. Thank you!!
