Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)
Everyone at my family Christmas raved about these. They were gone very quickly! People eat a lot of them. 8-10 just because they thought it was so good. I decorated the tops with the melted chocolate. Some in a swirl, some a squiggle. It added a lot of sophistication to an otherwise simple treat.

Microwave Pralines
really yummy! everyone at our family Christmas loved them. There was advice I followed about putting the mixing bowl in an ice/cold water bath. I wouldn't do that next time because, though the first 3/4 or so turned out great-smooth and matte, the others were too cold-so they looked rough and were not attractive. Thankfully they tasted the same though.

Easy Shrimp Dinner
I added 3 tbsp brown sugar and a tsp of ground ginger. I used stir fry veggies instead of snow peas and did not use tomatoes. This makes a BIG pot of food. I was dissapointed though because it was very thin. The pictures made me hope for a nice thick sauce like in a restaurant, but this was soupy. It was still very tasty though.
