Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

The pork ribs were delicious! I didn't have dried mustard, so I just left it out, they still turned out great. Perfect over rice.

Roasted Rosemary Chicken And Vegetables

I made two marinades, as recommended by others. I thought the recipe was ok, not bad. My husband didn't like it, he said it was too tangy. You definitely need to add a little salt, at least on the chicken. We didn't like the eggplant in this dish, I wish I had potatoes to put in instead. The rosemary seemed like too much. The taste wasn't overwhelming, but we didn't like all those specks of rosemary on every bite. I don't think I'll try this again.

Tuna Confetti Salad

This tuna salad was delicious and so pretty. I didn't have fresh parsley so I left it out, and it still tasted great. I was easy to make, but a little time consuming for me, because I am a slow chopper. This is a keeper, will definitely make again!

Best Brownies

The brownies tasted good, but it was soooo difficult to get it out of my glass pan. I greased and floured it and it was still sticking like crazy. I had a difficult time getting pieces out that were presentable for sharing with others. They did taste great. I used sweetened cocoa powder and they tasted great!

Angel Food Cake III

This recipe was good, but not spectacular. I took other reviewers' advice and cut the baking time to 30 mins which was enough, I put a piece of foil on top of the cake after 20 mins to prevent it from over browning, and I reduced the sugar to 1 cup. I felt the texture was different than store bought angel food cake, it felt a little too spongy and a little wet, but it was moist and easy to make.
