This turns out perfect. Even my fiancee, who doesn't like pizza, loved this. When it's done it looks like a pizza in a pie dish, and smells wonderful.
I think a few things are important for making this turn out so good. I'd say, don't wimp out on the toppings even if you're not terribly fond of them. Most of the flavor comes from the cream cheese and herbs so, unlike a normal pizza, the toppings aren't that prominent especially if the pieces aren't too big. Also, chopped pepperoni would work far better than sliced, so don't take a shortcut there. Finally I used an italian cheese blend rather than just mozzarella and I think it turned out better that way.
