Alfredo Sauce

This is your basic starting point for any great alfredo sauce. I like to add the garlic and butter together first. Go for a light caramelization of the garlic. Add the cream after the butter and garlic have had their time together. Once the cream has warmed up with constant stirring, begin adding the Parmesan cheese. Another good tip is to experiment with your cheeses. Any hard grate is a good add. I prefer Asiago mixed in with my Parm.
