Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken

Made this and am in love. I used ranch salad dressing mix and standard cream of mushroom soup as that is what I had. I felt the wine was a must in this recipe and totally gave it a unique flavor. I will certainly make this again and add it as one of my recipe favorites.

Turkish Red Lentil 'Bride' Soup

Very good and tastes close to the authentic soup. I used chicken broth and then used a blender at the end to make the texture smooth. We loved it!

Best Beef and Broccoli

I was skeptical that this would have an Asian taste, but was very pleased. I didn't have cream of broccoli soup, so used cream of chicken. I also added carrots and fresh garlic. The family loved it. We will certainly repeat this recipe again!

Greek Orange Roast Lamb

REALLY GOOD! The orange is not a strong flavor, just very subtle and brings out the flavor of the lamb well. I used a "lamb rub" mix (a variety of spices, rosemary, oregano, pepper, cumin etc.) in place of the oregano and this recipe was superb. I also used spicy brown mustard as this was what we had in the fridge. This will be one we make again.

Pumpkin Dessert

We loved this recipe! I made it for a potluck and all raved about it, including the kids. I read the other reviews and added a teaspoon more pumpkin pie spice and thought it was just right. I did find that baking time was a bit longer and baked for 1 hour instead. I will certainly make this again.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

I thought it had too much dill in the recipe which over shadowed the feta taste. It was ok, but a bit bland. I won't make it again.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This is fabulous! I used crushed seasoned croutons in place of the bread crumbs and did it as a casserole bake with chunks of chicken and dollops of cream cheese, poured on the milk, layered the cheese and the crushed croutons and then poured on the butter and lemon juice. My family declared this their favorite chicken recipe ever. I will definitely include this in my cooking routine.
