Mai Tai I
I think this is a good base recipe. I'm allergic to coconut so I didn't use the coconut rum. I used 1 ounce Bermuda Gold Rum, 1 ounce Capt Morgan Rum, 1/2 ounce Brandy, 3 ounces orange juice & 3 ounces of pineapple juice, then I added a splash of cherry syrup from the jar of cherries and garnish with cherries and pineapple slice. It reminded me of the Mai Tai's I had in Hawaii!

Hamburger Hash
This was a good base recipe, I added worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, garlic salt and some Mrs. Dash to the meat as I cooked it. I used beef paste instead of bouillon. I also let it cook until the potatoes started to brown and get crispy.

Dirty Martini
I changed the recipe after reading a few reviews and to my personal preference. I used a shot glass and a half of dirty sue martini mix (in substitute of the olive juice), I used a cold martini glass, coated the glass with dry vermouth, combined the dirty sue and 6 ounzes of vodka ( I prefer Kettle One or Grey Goose for martinis) in a cocktail shaker with ice then poured it into the coated cold martini glass along with 3 big stuffed olives! Delicious and very potent!
