Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup

I kept forgetting to make this and finally I decided I would try it in the pressure coker (to make up for the lack of time) I followed the recipe as far as the ingredients, I added a touch of canola oil to the pressure cooker and sauted the onion, carrots an celery just a few min. then added the remaining ingredients and brought it to a boil. I cooked it on the#1 setting on the pressure cooker for 20 min and it tastese great! The lentils may be slightly over cooked but that was because I was not sure how long to cook them in the pressure cooker. I will make this again maybe 15-18 min. in the pressure cooker next time!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

We really like this fast pizza crust. I add a little garlic and oregano to the dough for added kick. It makes a very good thin crust!

Orange Slush

My son and I made these at the spur of the moment. They were good but not great. Maybe it just was not what we were lokoing for. We enjoyed them, but would make changes if we make them again.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

We loved it! I took a recmmendation to double the spices and think it was wonderful. We made fajitas and could not get enough of the chicken! Thanks - I'll make this again soon!

Egg Foo Yung II

I made this one night because my husband asked if I could make it. Now he makes it almost once a week. I can't tell you how many times I have re-printed the recipe for him. It is one of his favorites. He says this foo young sauce is one of the best he has ever had.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Made this for dinner because I was tired of BBQ or fried chicken, WOW rave reviews from everyone! Lots of flavor! I will be making this a lit, maybe even with other meats.

Easy Peach Cobbler

I made this as a last miniute dessert for a bbq and it was amazing!!!! So good our friends offered to "clean the pan" and bring it back to me! Next time I might add a little more cream cheese but the recipe is wonderful just as it is! - Ok I have now made this recipe about a dozen times, I have added more cream cheese (2 pkgs instead if 1) and I have used other flavors of cake mix. So far butter pecan cake mix is my favorite with a light dusting of brown sugar over the peaches. The recipe is great as is but is easy and fun to change!

Mary's Cheesecake

I have used this recipe more times than I can count and every time I get rave reviews! The consistancy and taste are excellent! For some reason there is always too much for my springform pan, but we don't mind, we put the extra in a mini springform and I get my own little sample! My friends and family are always requestig "my" cheesecake! Thank you!
