Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
Delicious! I made dough in my bread machine which turned out great! I'll go easy on the onions and red peppers next time.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
Very flavorful and rich but not too rich! My 2 and 5 year old cleaned their plates! This is a big deal in our house. I love the change of red to white sauce and the use of chicken and spinach! Could use a little more moisture in the ricotta/chicken layer, I used fat free ricotta which may be why is was dry. I might try adding an egg to the ricotta so it sticks to the lasagna noodles better. That layer slipped off from the other layers, not a big deal...it still tasted delicious! I also used whole wheat noodles and fresh spinach that I steamed.

Easy Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
My whole family (including a 2 and 5 year old) really liked this recipe. I didn't have any brown sugar, so didn't add it, but it still tasted wonderful! Very moist, with a great little pizazz with the ginger.

Great recipe. Simple flavor which is great for my picky eaters in my house. I put cheese and crumbled bacon on top it was delicious! I also used chicken broth instead of water.

I added whey protein and flaxseed. I didn't have choc chips or raisans. But these are delicious! My 1 and 3 year old ate them right up!

Zucchini Casserole I

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
Very good! I used bread crumbs instead of corn flakes because that's what I had in my pantry. I loved this recipe! Finally a veggie recipe I like. I might try adding some cooked chicken next time to add some protein. Thanks!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2006
It was okay, I guess I like quiche with cream cheese in it. It turned out to watery for some reason.

Aussie Chicken

There must be something wrong with my tastebuds after reading all the other reviews. I didn't care for this recipe. I'm pretty sure I followed it correctly. We won't be trying this one again. Sorry!

My first time making chili ever and it turned out awesome!!! Thank you so much! I whipped it together in about 15 minutes before going to work and it simmered all day and dinner was ready when I got home!!! What a blessing!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
This is the best, easiest chicken enchilada recipe ever! I've used cream cheese as a substitute for sour cream and it's even better! I also use cream of chicken soup instead and it's very satisfying!

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2004
This was a very fast and easy recipe! I used canned enchilada sauce and cooked my meat in taco seasoning for more flavor! The second time making it I used chicken instead and it was just as good. My husband raved about it and he doesn't usually like Mexican dishes!
