Made this with a few of the previously suggested variations and it came out incredibly. I used 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white, added 1 tsp nutmeg and a 1 tsp cinnamon. I also did as naples34102 suggested and did 1 tsp of each baking soda and powder. I used a total of three bananas which was more equal to a cup and is the amount many other reviews said you should use (and I needed to get rid of some ripe bananas!). I unfortunately did not have any sour cream or yogurt, so I had to do without but it was still moist and delicious. I substituted the walnuts with crushed pumpkin spice almonds, which planters brings out around the holidays. Finally, I used a metal cupcake tin and baked for about 20 min at 325.
