Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

Very good-- sauce is a little intensive to make though. I added about 6 slices of bacon as other reviewers suggested. This is NOT your traditional southern mac and cheese, so-- if you want somethings different, give it a try.

Ham and Pineapple Kabobs

This recipe was very good and REALLY easy. I used fresh pineapple and added a cap full of soy sauce to the glaze for a little more zing. You really can get this to the table start to finish in less than 30.

Reese's® Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Bars

Okay-- this recipe was the BOMB. I brought it too my women's retreat recently and they were re-named-- O. brownies. Followed the recipe to a TEE-- just be careful when cooking the peanut butter layer-- you don't want it to get too done. Also-- I melted the chip mixture for the drizzle in a ziploc bag and then cut the corner off for easier no-mess drizzling... Awesome !!!

Honey Grilled Shrimp

This recipe was awesome. The basting sauce was incredible. NOTE: Make sure you have your grill really hot-- the shrimp need to cook FAST-- because otherwise they dry out and can over cook. A fabulous one to try with your friends.

Enchiladas Suizas

Very yummy. I used my food processor to shred the chicken as well as grate the cheese. I also used light sour cream instead of the heavy cream to lighten it up a bit.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Super pie-- super easy.. the only thing that was a pain was getting enough juice out of those tiny limes. Served with Cool Whip-- it was perfect.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This is a GOOD chicken recipe. It took a little longer than the 30 minutes (more like 45) to cook, but worth the wait. I added some mixed herbs to the bread crumbs. We think it would be good served over steamed spinach, for a low carb option-- instead of rice.
