About this Cook
I am living with my husband in Wiesbaden, Germany and since I been a little girl i love to cook. Now I am married since 5 years and my lovely hubby loves my homemade meals, especially my mexican recipes. It's kind of hard to change the US messurements to the german ones and find similar products in a german grocery store but I have a lot of fun doing this!
My cooking triumphs
For the first time, my family and me, we celebrated christmas in our house. I fixed Raclette and for dessert an german stuffed apple. It was amazing and everything was totally wiped out! Lovely hubby was very proud of me and it was just a wonderfull christmas!

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
That was heart warming nice comfort food! When I made this for dinner, I had a very bad day at work. But as soon as I had the first bite in my mouth, I allready felt better! Hubby loves it too so it is defenitely a keeper. I made it exactly as writen, no changes needed!

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole
Lovely Hubby really liked this dish, I wasn't too excited. I find it way too salty and I really would leave out the dry onion soup mix. 4 stars because it is a quick and okay tasting week night dinner.

Raspberry Lemon Muffins
A really fresh, fruity flavor! I love the combination of the sweetness and the lemon. I think they are great in summer, to bring to a garden party or a birthday! I had to add some milk to the dough because otherwise it would be way to heavy and dry and some split almonds on top. This recipe is really a keeper and even my lovely hubby, who really not goes crazy about muffins, loves them!
