White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

This is a fantastic cheesecake recipe. I, too, had to add ten minutes to the cooking time but it was worth the wait. I didn't make the blueberry topping; instead I made a white chocolate ganache. The only other thing I would change would be the crust. I doubled the amount of butter and it still crumbled and wouldn't hold together. Overall, great recipe...definitely a keeper.

Shrimp and Dill Deviled Eggs

These are so good. All the ingredients blend nicely. I did wait till everything else was combined before folding in the shrimp. That kept them from getting mashed as another reviewer had mentioned.

This tasted good once it was done but the sauce was very difficult to work with. My fiance who would eat nothing but cheese if he could said to next time make this with "less cheese".

I really didn't like this recipe as written. The marinade did not have much flavor and I had to add a lot of additional seasoning. The presentation was very pretty.

Artichoke Salsa

This was some of the best salsa I have ever had. I did add some hearts of palm and I used cilantro instead of basil but it was still incredible. This will be served at my wedding on Saturday.

White Bean Spread With Garlic & Rosemary

Angel Chicken Pasta

This is a wonderful and simple dish. I altered a few things out of neccessity. I didn't have white wine so I used broth and I sauteed the chicken with some garlic, onion, and basil because it was too hot to turn on the oven. Personally I thought it was a bit too salty but my fiance loved it that way. Next time I will try it with low-sodium broth, soup and unsalted butter.

Quick Sunshine Cake

This cake was so incredibly moist. The couple pieces that were left sat in the refridgerator covered only with a piece of wax paper and two days later it was *still* moist. If your cake turns out dry, you did something wrong.

Beef Stew I

This stew had a great texture but not much flavor. The meat was incredibly tender but I had to add a lot of seasonings to give it any flavor at all. OK start for a recipe but it needs work.

Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker

This was easy to make and very tasty but it was incredibly rich. My boyfriend and I could only eat a little bit. The next day when I warmed it I added more water and a can of evaporated milk to cut down on the thickness and that helped a lot. I will make this again but I will remember to thin it a bit. EDIT: I made this again with quite a few changes and it was delicious. I browned the potatoes, kielbasa, half a chopped onion, a green pepper and a teaspoon of minced garlic before throwing everything in the crockpot. I added enough homemade chicken stock to cover and cooked on high for 3 hours or until the potatoes were tender. When the potatoes were done, I made a basic cheese sauce with butter, flour, milk, broth from the crockpot and lots of cheese which was added to the soup. I seasoned to taste with lots of black pepper and the result was a non greasy, delicious stew that had plenty of rich, thick broth. Forget the canned soups and you won't be sorry.

Sausage Balls

I didn't think these were very good but everyone else seemed to like them so maybe it was just me. My dad used to make sausage balls all the time but his weren't quite so doughy. Thanks anyway...I guess I will just have to keep looking for a recipe I like.

Gourmet Meatloaf

This meatloaf was fantastic. My fiance who is a very picky eater said it was the best meatloaf he had ever eaten. I did add fifteen minutes to the cooking time but my oven may be a little off.

Baked Macaroni with Pepperoni

I didn't care for this recipe. I followed other reviews and cut down on the tomato paste and added canned tomatoes but it still came out rather dry. I also found it to be bland even with all the additional spices I added. This might be a good recipe for kids.
