One Egg Lemon Pound Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2005
I thought this had no taste what so ever! It didn't even have a lemon taste to it and I put more than what the recipe called for.I gave this three stars because my three year old son and husband liked it.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2005
This came out awful. I don't know what happened. I did everything and it came out very very mushy and it looked like soup instead of stuffing. I don't think I will be trying this again because I wasted so much fresh vegetables.

Bread Pudding I

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2005
Wow, this was really good. It was very close to my grandmother's bread pudding. I found this to be very simple and fast to make. Only change was I substituted Splenda for sugar. It was great. Thanks!

pretty good. Next time I'll have to add more mozarella cheese because I don't think it was enough for me.

Banana Bread VI

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2005
This recipe was very simple to make. Husband loved it. I thought it was pretty good, only problem I had with it was that it was too sweet. Next time I make it I will try using splenda. Other than that the recipe was great, it's a keeper!

Fish Fillets Italiano

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2005
This was very good. I used tilapia instead, left out the olives and I served over white rice. If you like cilantro and use it a lot in your household like I do then you could also use that instead of the parsley. It's delicious!

Artichoke Chicken

I made this for dinner today and it was pretty good. I think the mayo was too much though. Next time I will try the half sour cream and half mayo.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2005
I thought this recipe was nothing special, it was just ok. My husband on the other hand liked it a lot. So, for him I will make it again. I did saute fresh mushrooms and chopped onion and added it to the soup mixture. Then I put it in the slow cooker on low for six hours after I fried each one like the recipe said to. The pork chops came out very tender which I love but lacked flavor.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
I made this recipe for dinner today. It was very easy to make and also done in no time at all. I did not buy chicken breast and pound it out, I just bought thin sliced chicken breast from the grocery store. This saves a lot of time. Also I took one of the viewers suggestions and put the chicken in the broiler for a few minutes after I took it out of the oven. I will definitely make this again.

Broccoli Noodles and Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2004
This recipe was great! I was a little scared to make it b/c of the cottage cheese but you can not even taste it. My husband and son loved it. I will make it again in the future. The only thing I added was a dash of nutmeg; its great with green vegetables.
