Yummy. Omitted the onion and mustard and American cheese. I used shredded taco cheese and added leftover taco meat. Was delicious and even better next day.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2013
My husband and kids really enjoyed this. I thought is was okay. I took the suggestions of others and puréed a can of beans and added it to the mixture to thicken it up. I also added a half of cup of sour cream, can diced tomatoes and frozen corn. I also added a can of garbanzo beans. Threw it all in the crock pot and cooked on low for 6 hours. Served with a dollop of sour cream, fresh chopped avocados and shredded monetary jack cheese.

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
This was amazing, tender, juicy and delicious. I loved the rub and there was enough to cover my entire loin. I made this recipe as is with the only exception of no coriander because I didn't have any. Will be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Great chili. Never made chili before with a jar of salsa and I liked it. I did however use a large can of crushed tomatoes because that is what I had on hand. Also used my own spices because the chili packets are high in sodium. Thanks for sharing!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
This was my first time making zucchini bread and I don't know why i haven't made this sooner. It was simply amazing!! Will be making more and freezing them. Now, I did use whole wheat flour, brown sugar, substituted apple sauce for the oil, and skipped the walnuts. I wanted a healthier version for my kids, two which are twin toddlers, and my husband who is diabetic but overall recipe is amazing and it is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful! Easy, quick and yummy! I used fat free half & half, a can of tomatoes with onions and pepper, doubled the creamed corn on top of a can of mexican corn which means it has red and green peppers in it, i also substituted chicken stock for the hot water and that's it. Family loved it.

Very good. Only change i made was using chopped spinach rather than the broccoli rabe. I am not much of a broccoli eater. But, overall really liked and will make again.
