Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
Great recipe. Light and tasty. I used this as a base for strawberry cream cheese frosting and will continue to use it as a base for all the flavors I do. Easy and yummy!

Dark Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
What a great recipe! I made this for a friend's birthday party and it was a SMASH. I topped with strawberry/cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries. Not a piece was left. Moist and yummy. I actually threw in a handful of chocolate chips too. The birthday boy is a chocoholic.

Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2005
Made this for a small movie get together. It disappeared entirely. I added a few spices etc. to make it my own, but all in all a great recipe for parties or munchy occassions.

Made these for my New Year's Eve Party. Although VERY sticky to make, they came out great and fans of chocolate covered cherries loved them.

Cranberry Chicken I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2004
This is a GREAT base recipe to have a lot of fun with. I added some of my own seasonings. I also added a can of apricots. Put the juice into the marinade and placed apricot halves in when baking. The comgined flavor of the cranberry and apricots was GREAT! It was also a nice display course. I thought this was great to start with and then add my own flavor to. I made it for a small dinner party and everyone loved it. I had one breast left over and I gave it to my neighbor, who immediately wanted the recipe. Went well with vegetable/brown rice and homemade rolls.

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2004
This was really good and quite easy to make. Great for the weekends to nibble on. I made them for a party and now make them on Thursdays to have for the weekends. I love making these and stuff them with all kinds of things (turkey, ham, all veggies) and use different dry soups and spices etc.

White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2004
I took the advice of only using 3 eggs and the two yolks. I also baked at 300 for an hour and a half. After one hour and 15 minutes (as it began to get golden), I began checking the center every few minutes with a toothpick to check the consistency, it took the extra 15 minutes or so to firm up a bit. All ovens cook differently and you should ALWAYS check the consistency of your cakes before removing them from the oven (that's just for those that complained about the center being too loose). The blueberry sauce was perfect and I mixed some whole blueberries up in it for the perfect topping. The cake was gone in a matter of 20 minutes at a party that I brought it to and other people are now placing orders. Excellent flavor combination!
