Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was amazing! My first time making Mahi Mahi or this recipe. I tweeked the recipe a little cause i'm a dork and used the 4 fish fillet recipe when i only had 2 fillets being marinated. I did marinate in fridge for about 2 hours. Baked it until internal temperature was 140 flipped the fish once in the middle of cooking. Added a bit of cornstarch and water to the glaze to thicken the sauce. And as another commenter suggested I used pure maple syrup instead of honey cause that's what i had on hand and I used Red Wine Vinegar instead of the Balsamic cause I didn't have any. Also added a tsp of chili garlic paste to the sauce. YUMMO! Major! Will be making this again. Served it with red bell peppers and broccoli :D
