I loved the recipe but made some modifications based on a coworker making it first. It was a little on the liquidy side and really spicy even with slightly reducing the amount of cayenne. But when I made it I reduced the cayenne in half and then I only put half of the jalepenos in. I don't eat onions so I left that out. Instead of cubing the chicken I boiled it (no oil necessary) and then shredded it and it thickened it up better. In one ob of my bowls I also added cooked brown rice which was really good too and I served it with a side of french bread. You could do one more can of beans if you don't want to add rice or you could substitue the beans for rice or noodles to make a soup. It was tasty. Still on the spicy side but when I added the rice it did help. Going to make it again this weekend.
