Best Baked Spaghetti

This is dedicated to my Mother, she inspired me to be a cook. It has been a while since I made it, It is just us now at home and to make this for 1 or 2 people you will have lots of left overs.
First Brown the bacon drain and set aside but save the bacon grease in the pan. In another pan brown ground beef. Drain let set.Cut up onion in 1/2'' strips, slice garlic cloves very thin. Place onions,garlic in with the bacon grease let simmer for 10 minuets. While that is cooking place spaghetti in boiling water for 8 to 10 minuets. In large bowl mix spaghetti,salsa,Break up the bacon in 1 inch pieces and mix in with the spaghetti, add ground meat,onion and garlic and add Colby shredded cheese. Place in a large casserole dish then place the Velveeta cheese cubes over top  and let bake at 325*for 30 to 35 minuets.

1lb of spaghetti.
1lb of lean ground meat
1-large jar of chunky salsa.
1-Cup of Velveeta Cheese 
1-Cup of sharp Colby cheese
1lb of Bacon 
2-Cloves of garlic
