Spinach and Artichoke Dip
I made this the other night and everyone loved it. The only thing I did differently was to put about double the artichokes in it, thanks to a very large jar from Costco. I served it with crackers, tortilla chips, and a boule of crusty bread--something for everbody. This was so easy and it really didn't need the sour cream or cream cheese I've seen in other recipes. I will definitely be making this again!

Caramelized Chicken Wings
I wasn't too thrilled about the final outcome. I DID cut the sugar to about 1/3 cup as others did and the sweetness was fine. I think I would have liked a bit more peanut butter though because I couldn't tell it was there in the final product. The sauce did thicken up very nicely but the overall taste was just okay. I also added some red pepper flakes to add a little bit of heat. I made two different kinds of wings last night and we agreed we liked the other kind better.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I also mashed my bananas (3 medium very ripe ones) as I didn't want to bite into a chunk of cooked banana. I also used about a cup of unchopped walnuts. The rest I did according to the recipe. It was nice and moist but I'm thinking I would have liked a bit of banana extract to make the banana flavor more pronounced. I'd make it again.
