Dominican Style Oatmeal

Yes!!!!!!!! This recipe is awesome! I haven't had oatmeal like this since pre school. Lol if you stir for 2 minutes, it's still too watery. I stirred for a few minutes more until I reached my desired consistency... Thick and creamy. I don't think I can go back to water based oatmeal.
