Basic Crepes

We loved this recipe! I added 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup of sugar to sweeten it up a bit. I filled with a cream cheese filling and fruit. for filling use 1 8oz softened cream cheese, 1/3 sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup whipped topping, blend well to dissolve sugar, this also makes a great fruit dip all on it's own - Great!!!

Key Lime Cheesecake I

Tasted great and turned out well, this was also my first time making a bake style cheesecake in a springform pan - no problems. I added a little more graham crackers and sugar for a thicker, sweeter crust. Served with whipped topping and a couple pieces of fresh fruit for garnish - I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Salisbury Steak

Overall it was very good, changed a few things. coated patties in flour and pan fried in olive oil 4 min each side, then cooked in oven for approx 40 min at 375. before i put it in the oven i added sliced fresh mushrooms and onions to the top, i added a packet of brown gravy powder to the gravy to thicken, i left out the mustard and ketchup and added the worchester sauce right in the pattie meat instead of in the gravy....

Chicken Parmesan

Loved it - I'll be making this again for sure! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I left out the basil-we don't like basil. Also, you shouldn't need 4 cups of bread crumbs, I only needed about 2 1/2. Great recipe!!!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

My daughter loved it!!! I cut back on the mustard and only added a tiny bit, maybe 1/4 teaspoon...She said it was excellent. (I don't like shrimp)
