This was really good, and the chicken was tender. For some reason I felt the need to double the barbecue sauce, which meant that I had about 3 c. left over after chicken was done. This was so good, that I didn't want to throw it away, so I cut up kielbasa, fried it, and then cooked it in the sauce for an hour. Next time I make this, I will double the sauce, just so I can use it in this way! Thanks for the recipe!
