Turkey Ragu with Fontina and Parmesan
So good. I did cut the recipe in half and we had lots of leftovers. Didn't have the fontina cheese, so used italian shredded cheese. You probably could use any cheese you want and it would still come out good. Having leftovers tonight and can hardly wait. Served this with a tossed lettuce salad.
