One of the best things about a recent vacation in the middle east was the delicious falafel. Since then, I've tried the box mix and it just wasn't the same. This recipe however is every bit as good as what we had over there. While still hot, I coated the falafel patties in sesame seeds for a little extra crunch and it was yummy. I also used dried garbanzo's that had soaked overnight in water and then simmered for about 10 minutes. Very fresh and delicious with the sauce. A true winner in our family!!
