Chicken With Mushrooms

very good recipe, except I modified it and got a 5 star from my son :). I added sliced red onion and minced garlic to the mushrooms on the bottom of pan with a few dashes of salt and pepper. This was an amazing dish

Beef and Pasta Skillet Primavera

I did modify this recipe by roasting my vegetables first, cooking my pasta separate, and adding broth to cooked beef to simmer for about 15 minutes. My son is very picky but he really enjoyed this meal with a generous amount of Parmesan.

Potato Skins

I was looking for something that reminded me of the restaurants and I found it!!! This was amazing but there is one tip that I would offer. I put oil on a paper towel and rub the skin before cooking. This gives the skin a bit of a crispness that my family loves. Other than that this was A-1 + Thank you for the recipe

Chicken Puffs

This is an awesome recipe - thank you so much. I did salt and pepper mine while cooking chicken, and after mixing I steamed broccoli to add to mix. I served this as a meal so I did not cut each triangle leaving them as they were so I could stuff them more and served them with salad. This was definitely a hit in our house and I will be making it again.

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

I enjoyed this recipe very much. I did do mine different. I boiled the cut wedges for 7 minutes, drained on paper towel and put in fridge for about 30 minutes before mixing them into oil and herbs. I sprayed my cookie sheet with pan and dusted the wedges with salt. I cooked them at 400 for 30 minutes and turned them after 15. This allowed both sides to be crispy. Thank you again for this great recipe.
