These were fairly simple to make and my husband and 3 boys went crazy over them! These will be a regular at our house.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2012
It was ok, but it didn't really taste like curry. My kids wouldn't eat it and I won't make it again because me and my husband didn't really like it. The flavors were just off.

Sweet-and-Sour Elk

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
We loved this recipe! I did decrease the apricot preserves to 10 oz. I also did like another person and sauteed some broccoli and red peppers that I served over the top of the rice with the elk and it was so good. Thanks for the great recipe!

No Bake Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
I followed the directions exactly and we thought they turned out perfect. My husband doesn't like the ones with peanut butter and loved these ones!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
We love this recipe and make it all of the time! It's good if you make your won buttermilk, but excellent if you buy buttermilk. It also freezes really well which is great for breakfasts through out the week.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
Very good base and has a lot of potential, but we felt like it was too dry so I would add a can of Cream of Celery and maybe 1/2 c. milk. Also very bland, we added garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley which made it yummy.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2007
Very flaky and easy to handle and make. I probably would add some sugar if I was making a dessert pie though.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2007
This is very good, but it does make more than one pie so I just added extra vegetables and put some filling in the freezer for another meal. I added some peas and zucchini and my family loved it!

Pork Chops with Pears

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2007
These were the best pork chops I've ever had. My husband kept telling my that he wished I would have made more. I just cooked them in the oven the whole time and I used spicy brown mustard instead of regular and I also added more brown sugar and cinnamon halfway through. We will definitely do this one again!!!

Chicken Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2007
This was the worst gravy that I have ever had, it didn't even taste like gravy. It tasted like I was just putting a bunch of herbs on my rice that didn't go together. It almost ruined the whole meal!

Raspberry Squares II

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
My family loved these, we made them dairy free by using Nucoa and used apricot jam which I liked way better than the raspberry. I also thought they needed a little bit more jam and would only save about 1 cup for the top, but w'll make these again.
