Grilled Asian Ginger Pork Chops

This recipe was ok, it had a nice taste but probably wouldn't make again. I did buy the chili garlic sauce specifically for this recipe and couldn't taste garlic at all, just a bit of spice. I made it with a side of basmati rice and the broccoli/cauliflower steam bag, everything ended up tasting pretty bland together.

Frank's Favorite Slow-Cooker Thai Chicken

Sorry, no one in my family enjoyed this recipe, including my husband and I. I really wanted to like it but the flavors ended up just tasting off. I followed the recipe verbatim and there ended up being a gross layer of fat on the top of the crock pot when it was done cooking, maybe from the chicken? I don't know. It never smelled appetizing or looked appetizing after it was cooked.

Baked Ziti I

This was DELICIOUS! I fed it to a group of young children and they ALL enjoyed it, some even going back for a 3rd serving! I think I will add more Provolone cheese and mozzerella next time. Also, I covered mine when I cooked it with aluminum foil and it didn't dry out a bit. Don't be afraid if the mixture rises over the top of your pan before you cook it, like mine did, I just put a raised cookie sheet underneath it and it leaked out just a little bit. This also reheats very well in the microwave.

Delicious! I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes, but it still tasted AMAZING. I added a little bit of grated parmesan to the sauce mixture.

Great recipe! I added some yummy tortilla chips on the side to counter the spicyness and scoop up the rest of the filling that oozes out. Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Great recipe, only made 2 chicken breasts and used the original recipe for the sauce. Turned out wonderful and just enough sauce. I made garlic asparagus as my side and it went well together.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Doesn't taste like a Cinnabon but still VERY good! Rolling out the dough was a little rough for me, so I didn't make the exact measurement they state in the recipe, but they turned out perfect anyway (flaws and all!).
