Smothered Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2014
This was great and super quick and easy!! My husband isn't a huge fan of chicken and is very picky and said this may be the best thing I have ever made. He refuses to eat leftovers and ate this again the next day for lunch!!! The only thing I changed was i added mushrooms with my sautéed onions and I added more cheese. This will be a regular. Thank you for the recipe!

Ricotta Gnocchi with Fresh Peas and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2014
I tried really hard on this. I made the gnocchi exactly as the recipe says, but it didn't stay together at all when I boiled it. I added some heavy cream and cornstarch to thicken up the sauce and used spaghetti noodles so dinner wasn't a flop. The sauce was really good. Maybe I did something wrong with the gnocchi, but I don't know what.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2014
My husband and I loved this. I think I used a little too much sauce and ranch, so next time I will use a little less. Also I covered mine with foil for half the time so the cheese wouldn't burn or be dry. Other than that I followed this to a t and it was great.

This is delicious! I pretty much followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. It made excellent tacos with tortillas.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
This was awesome. I did double the sauce because I like a little extra and I left out the Sherrie. I will certainly be making this again.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2013
This is awesome!!! I am not even a big Chinese food fan, and it is one of my favorite dishes now. I made it and could not get it out of my head, so I made it again about four days later. I did season the chicken before I battered it. This is one that will be a regular.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
Like most people I felt that this recipe was helpful, but needed to be slightly revised. I boiled the chicken strips then shredded them. I also sautéed the garlic and onion in a little if the chicken broth so they would be soft. I also added black beans bc I like them. It turned out great. I ate until I couldn't handle anymore and I can't wait to have some for lunch tomorrow. Thank you for the recipe it will certainly be added to my list!

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2013
Absolutely amazing. This was great. The only thing I changed was I double the sauce, because we like a little extra. It is great!! I made fried rice with veggies and it was perfect. I had half of it ate before I made my way to the table. Whole family will be asking for it again by next week.

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
This was GREAT!! I added a few more spices to the meat mixture (paprika, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes) because we like a little heat. My husband does not really care for mexican food and he talked about how good this was. I doubled the meat mixture as well, but did not double the red sauce mixture and still had plenty of it left over. This will be one of our regulars! Thanks so much for this one!

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2013
Like everyone else I added seasoning to my pork chops (seasoning salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper). I was feeding five people, so I put my in a 13x9, covered with foil and did it in the oven. Still the same amount of time. It turned out great. The pork chops were supper tender (I hate tough pork chops). And the potatos were soft too. We will be doing this one again.
