Interesting...I gave excellence for this recipe, all the while I am thinking? How does one get a mouth over all of that? But I bet it's the best recipe I will never try......

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2015
I love this potato soup and I love recipes with photos and this one has 54 photos. My question is, Why does the soup vary in color? Mine came out white and creamy...some are orange and even darker looking? Could it be the bacon? Other than that I think one pound of back is a bit much but to each his own...

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

You must use the Pillsbury biscuits in a (four pack) for the dumplings to turn out nice. The more expensive biscuits Grans etc do not work. Just my opinion....

Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip Beef

Or You can place your beef in an oven pan and pour McCormicks garlic and peppercorn packet on top of the beef ...and have a delicious never fail dish...saves lots of measuring and effort..and better than putting the ingredients together yourself...is my opinion...used it for years

Baked Chicken Wings

Yes taste okay but just put the chicken wings in a plastic bag filled with only Tony Chachere until they are all nice and pink and bake. Best I have ever tasted and no fuss....easy and delicious...although it doesn't sound like it...give it a try when you are in a hurry!

I saw where using Nacho Cheese crackers gives the mac and cheese a snappy taste rather than using crackers and I agree but your recipe is delicious...so Thanks

WOW an Army lives at your house! The recipe is delicious I cut it down for "two old folks" and used Marzetti cocktail onions in the jar adding a little of the vinegar juice in which also lends more flavor. The recipe is delicious and we thank you very much!

Greek Avgolemono Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
Greek Soup is delicious! Forget the chicken and buy some Turkey Necks, cook until you can pull the meat off of the bones. Do your eggs and lemon juice in your blender and keep it twirling slowly adding the hot broth to the blender until your blender is full then slowly pour it into the hot broth in your pot. and stir it very good so that it does not curdle... Just my opinion that the turkey neck meat far surpasses the cooked chicken.... and I also bake some chicken thighs anyway you like served with potatoes, vegetables anything you like..and there you have a meal after your delicious soup. It's really not difficult after you do it once....Yes it needs salt....

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2014
To avoid soggy ...I butter each phyllo dough sheet (olive oil if you like) and I use lots of phyllo on the bottom, seven sheets..and then I bake those sheets.....let them cool then add your ingredients... prevents ever being soggy Of course you will then layer the top and bake according to instructions...and its never soggy...Give it a try...you'll be surprised... I also prior to cutting my spinach up put it in a small hole laundry bag and spin dry it on AIR in the dryer if I'm having a big party..

On step #5 after you butter the layers of Phyllo dough put them in the oven bake for a while, remove and then add the custard. This will always prevent being soggy and the entire pie will be crisp. Just a thought...loved this recipe...
