Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I agree with the other reviews they do have a cake like texture. I made minor changes to reduce calories, 406 a cookie OUCH! So I used Splenda and applesauce in place of oil. Very good!

Very subtle with a clean taste, if that makes sense. Yes, I know it's not a wine =) My next batch I used Splenda and doubled the limes, that was more to my liking, a little more tart.

Pepperoni Dip I

Mashed Potatoes and Buttermilk

I had some "Gotta-Go" in the fridge so this recipe was perfect. I used chopped canadian bacon and sized the recipe to what I had left of buttermilk. I had to use some butter with my bacon, it didn't have much fat. Really good potatoes!

Tropical Turkey Meat Loaf

Delicious, so moist and the picante is something I would never think of, It is awesome! The only thing I didn't have on hand was soy sauce, inplace I used a Merlot Sauce(there is soy sauce in it..at least). I can not wait to make this again. Great recipe Frances!!!!!

Lentil and Smoked Sausage Soup

This is a great soup! The Soyrizo Crumble that I used made it look more like a chili...so I served half of it over Spaghetti, my husband thought that was awesome! Will make again with out crumble sausage next time.

Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

Great way to use the left over Chicken that I roasted. Did not have cream of chicken, used cream of onion that I had on hand. Didn't have water chestnuts and if I make it again I will leave out the celery or chop even smaller. Too much of a texture difference for me.

Broccoli Soup

Just by reading the recipe you know it's going to have subtle flavor, that may work for some and others may have to spice it up a bit... It's not a bad soup, great if you are counting calories. The only thing I changed was fresh broccoli, simple soup to work with and if you want more flavor..add it.

Butternut Squash Soup

Instead of using less cream cheese I added about 2 cups more water, Also I had a large Butternut Squash, almost 2 cups more than the recipe called for. Soup was very good!
