Awesome .. used Hot Italian Sausage instead of mild. Next time I make this I will use my Deep Stone Baker .. spewed over in the oven :/

No Crust Coconut Pie

I only used 1 cup of sugar since the coconut I had was sweetened. Baked @ 350 for 40 minutes. Loved that it turned out with a pudding-like consitency.

Wanted to use up some items in the fridge that neede to go. Didn't have enough kalamata olives so added some black olives to make up the difference. Also had anchovy paste, worked out well!
