Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I just made this fudge...wow. It's very sweet. I used one cup of brown sugar and two cups of confectioners' sugar and it was still very sweet. I like it, but only in small amounts. I also made it vegan, using unsweetened almond milk and earth balance vegan butter. I will play around with this recipe and make it not as sweet. Thanks for the idea!!

Quinoa Stuffing
I made This for Easter, and everyone loved it! I added some cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to give it a sweeter taste. Thanks for a healthy and more importantly, a vegetation dish that everyone likes!

Extreme Chocolate Cake
Okay, I read a lot of reviews for this recipe and I seen that people had trouble getting it out of the pans or that the batter over flowed in the oven. Honestly, I was starting to worry about making this cake because I thought it was going to turn out really bad! I made a few changes to the recipe, but I think I could have left it the way it was because I believe I have a recipe a lot like this one. But anyway, I used one cup of white sugar and one cup of brown sugar, one cup of coffee instead of water, and I melted 1/2 a cup of chocolate and mixed it in too. The cake tuned out really moist, and sooo good! I didn't fill my pans quite as full as I would normally because I didn't want a mess like others had, but that didn't happen, and they came out of the pans with no problem. I think it would have been good even if I hadn't changed the recipe. I'm making it for someone's retirement party it was that good!
