Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Very simple. The flavor was a bit mild for me so I added crushed red pepper and garlic powder. I also served it with extra BBQ sauce on the side. It makes a huge portion too.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Decadent Peanut Butter Pie

I have made pie crusts using a food processor for years. I decided to try this recipe because it uses butter instead of shortening. It was a crumbly mess.I ended up throwing it away and starting over.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This recipe was very good and so easy. I used fresh baby spinach because I don't like the flavor of canned. When I make this again I will double the spinach since I did not take into account how much it cooks down.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Very easy and it makes a huge quantity.I omitted the carrots and potatoes after my first try. In a pinch using rotisserie chickens from the grocery store makes it not only delicious but even faster to make. This is a new family favorite!
