Baby Back Ribs

Every time I make this for my husband he loves it! However I do not refrigerate it overnight or cut into 4 pieces. I just leave the whole ribs intact and still comes out wonderful! Would def recommend!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

I left out the margarine and orange juice only adding the cinnamon and brown sugar (also sometimes I will add pumpkin puree as well) and this came out delicious!! I have always tried to replicate my grandmothers sweet potatoes and my husband says that this recipe is just as good if not better. Delicious!!

The Best Clam Sauce

I made this for my husband and he really enjoyed it! I had margarine in the house leftover so I used that instead of butter and still came out great! Would make again definitely!

Mini Cheesecakes I

Made these for my husband using regular muffin tins, premade mini pie crusts, and strawberry pie filling for the top of the cheesecakes. He loved it! Would definitely make again!

Maple Salmon

I made this recipe for my husband and I and we both really enjoyed it! The combination of soy sauce mixed with the maple syrup gave it a great flavor! I also added in some spices like basil and oregano to give it a little more flavor. Delicious!

Chicken El Dermie Le Hermie

I didn't have any corn oil so I substituted for what I had in the house already (margarine) and my husband loved it. It was cooked perfectly and was very moist and tender inside the chicken. Also I used chicken thighs instead of legs. Would definitely make this again!

Acorn Squash

Cooking time was accurate since the squash came out moist and tasted good. I actually used maple syrup and apples to stuff inside the squash instead of brown sugar and butter. Next time I will try what the recipe recommends.

Apfelkuchen (Apple Cake)

I made this for my German grandmothers birthday and it was a big hit. The only negative was the dough rose a little too much on the sides of the cake which kind of bubbled over making the cake look a little strange. The inside of the cake was delicious!

Easy Lasagna II

I make this for my husband all the time and he loves it! I made some changes to the recipe though. Instead of cottage cheese I used ricotta cheese and I didn't use 32 oz. probably only about 1/2 that amount. It comes out great every time!

Bulgur Wheat with Dried Cranberries

I took the other recommendations advice and used less of the chicken bouillon (only 1 tsp per cup of water). I also cut out the butter since I didn't feel it was necessary. The flavors of the bulgur seasoned with the chicken stock mixed with the sweetness of the dried cranberries was a delicious combination. I would definitely make this again!

Lolah's Chicken Adobo

My husband is Filipino and every time I make this for him he says that it reminds him of his mother's cooking. I don't use the pickling spice and he likes when I use chicken drumsticks instead of thighs but both ways come out nice and tender. Well done!
