Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies

This is the second time I made these, and they are wonderful. The only thing I did not add was the nuts because my kids don't like them. But I'd much rather have the nuts. I think next time I will add nuts to half the dough. I don't usually bake cookies that well as mine always seem to come out flat as pancakes, but for some reason, these turn out thick, soft and gooey. Thanks for sharing!!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

I've made this a few times and it's fabulous. I just made it again this week and took the leftovers to work for lunch. My kids (one of which is extremely picky) love this and always request it when I make chicken cutlets. Thanks for sharing!!

Ricotta Cheese Pie I

Very good. I just made this tonight and it turned out wonderful. The only thing I did differently was I added just a bit of honey and a very small amount of lemon rind to the cheese mixture. Thanks for sharing!!

Dreamy Nighttime Drink

Wow, I really enjoyed this. I wasn't sure how much I'd like it, but was pleasantly surprised. I did what a few others suggested and added two teaspoons of honey and I also added some nutmeg. The arroma reminded me of my grandmother's bread pudding. I will definitely be drinking this a lot before I go to sleep. Thanks for sharing!!

Vegetable-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

These were great! My 12 year old daughter does not eat meat anymore so I'm always looking for vegetarian dishes for her. I made these stuffed mushrooms and served them with a green salad and a loaf of crusty Italian bread. Even my husband who always wants meat with dinner enjoyed this. I made extra and took them for lunch the next day. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Classic Tiramisu

I love tiramisu and this receipe was so good. It tasted like something I'd get at a restaurant. I made a few adjustments though; I added just a splash of marsala wine to the egg-sugar mixture while over the double-boiler. It gave the dessert that "rum-like" flavor. I also added a little Kahlua to the coffee for an extra kick. So, so good. Thanks for sharing.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

This was a delicious cake. It really was. Very moist and so chocolatey. The icing also was very good. I hate to ice cakes (because I'm so bad at it), but this icing spread so easily. I will make this again.

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

Very good! I live in the Garden State, so I used fresh Jersey tomatoes instead of the plum tomatoes. The sauce was light, but delicious. I would make this again. It's a great summertime meal.

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I substituted the mushrooms for red and green bell peppers that I sauted with the onions. It was a nice touch. I also added a little Old Bay seasoning to the crab mixture; it tasted like a crab cake stuffed chicken breast. Thanks for sharing. I'll be making this again.

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

WOW!! This was dee-licious. After adding some dry rub to pork spare ribs, I slathered this sauce on and it was a nice finishing touch. Finger-licking good. This is a keeper!! Thanks for sharing!!

Brownies I

These brownies were great! My five-year old daughter and I made these for my husband for Father's Day and he loved them. My daughter had fun helping me make them and we all enjoyed eating them. This is a recipe I'll make for every Father's Day.
