I was born in Scotland, raised in Japan, and now I live in America, married to a nice southern boy. I love travel and consider myself to be a foodie. I want to be a better cook, but my husband is kind of a picky eater, no beans no tomatoes, no mushrooms, no bacon inside of things.... this should be interesting.

I love Japanese food, Italian food, and Mexican food, but I also love trying new things. I prefer hot food to cold food. And savory food to sweet food.
