Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe was great - fast, easy to make, and the cookies came out delicious. I didn't read any reviews before and didn't refrigerate the dough - although the cookies are a little crunchy, they taste amazing (and I'm a soft cookie over crunchy cookie kind of gal, so that's saying something). I baked for 14-15 minutes and took them out even if though they didn't look browned at the edges and all were cooked the whole way through.
The one addition I made was to grind a little bit of salt onto the top. In the future, I might try refrigerating to get a softer cookie, but for crunch lovers these are perfect as is.
