Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
Awesome. Gravy consistency is awesome. Roast is super tender, melt in your mouth tender. I added a little more than half a cup of water but followed recipe to the letter. Awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2014
Simple as can be. I was in a rush with this one so I prepared my fillets with fresh crushed garlic, olive oil, pepper and crushed basil leaves. Oven baked with onions, omg, delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2014
This recipe is great for me to transition from boxed pancakes to making from scratch. I followed to the letter and the next time I make this, I will have additional milk and just a splash of vanilla on hand. I let my batter set overnight and rest. The next morning, the batter is thick but not unmanageable. Cooked a few and my son swallowed them whole and well, so did I. Thanks for sharing!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
I used most of the basic ingredients of this recipe. On top of that, I prepared it in the crockpot. Since I was preparing it for two adults and our two yr old, I had to adjust the servings. 2 cups water and cooked the chicken and seasonings for 90 mins, took the chicken out to shred, placed the rest of the ingredients, salsa, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and chicken into the pot for the remaining time left. After coming in from the SNOW and COLD, this was right on time to warm us up. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
If you're checking out the reviews before fixing this dish, check out the Most Helpful Positive review. Miami Mama offers great tips. Other than that, this recipe worked great for us. After taking the tenderloin out, I added some cornstarch for a thicker gravy to pour over the meat. Delicious!

Chicken Seasoning Blend

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
This is a real staple of seasoning to use on chicken. The taste is great, even my picky two yr old gobbled it down. Of course, I omitted the cayenne pepper but other than that, great. Thanks for sharing!

Southern Fried Cabbage

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
I cooked the bacon first, in the pot. Added the cabbage leaves, a pinch of sugar and other seasonings. Came out great. I believe omitting the oil helped.

Pot Roast in Foil

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
I have been messing up pot roasts until I came across this recipe. But the difference is, I had no Lipton Mix or can of soup. I researched a copy-cat mix to Lipton's, mixed those ingredients, rubbed down onto the roast, sprinkled with water and a little to go in the pan, covered in foil and set at 300 degrees for up to four hours. Came.Out.Awesome. We barely had any leftovers. This is definitely a staple for Sunday dinners.

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2013
I love that you can utilize this recipe to your liking. I used fresh tomatoes, corn, lime and garlic. Only items I used in my food processor were the onions, green peppers and garlic. For just a few seconds. Tomatoes and corn were added and along with seasonings and it came out great. My recommendation would be to leave the tomatoes out of the blender.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Burgers came out great. Although I cooked the bacon first, left some drippings in the pan, added the burgers and the taste was awesome.
