This dish was awesome! However, I did adjust the recipe in several ways with suggestions from other people. This was my creation: Start with 2-1/2 cups of frozen veggie mix (broccoli, green beans, onions, and mushrooms), 3 breasts of chicken (cubed), 1/2 a packet of Italian seasoning, 1/4 cup of water, and 3 tbsp of margarine all in a crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Then add 1/2 cup of light sour cream, 4 tbsp of light cream cheese, and 1 can of both low sodium/low fat cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup. Stir it all up and let cook for another hour. (Add a little bit of water if too thick.) Because I had broccoli in there, it actually came out with a little but of a broccoli cheese flavor, but my boyfriend and I loved it! Much recommended recipe.
