Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

This was excellent! I didn't have stuffing mix so I used dry bread crumbs instead. I dipped the chicken in egg first then coated it with the coating mixture. I let bake in the oven for 40 mins. then took it out and put half a jar of spahgetti sauce on the bottom of the chicken and the remainder of the jar on top and sprinkled mozza cheese and let bake for 20 more minutes. It was so tasty.

Chili Beef Bake

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

This was soooo good. Even my picky 8 year old loved it. I liked this way better than the regular way of cooking corned beef!! This recipe is a keeper and so simple too!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Both my husband and I thought this was very tasty. It is a must have to put the buttery crackers on top. I made my own by melting butter and adding crushed saltines to the melted butter and then sprinkled it on top.

Hearty Italian Beef Stew

I really thought this lacked flavour. I personally prefer more the regular gravy type stew. I have had stews with tomatoes before that I do like but not this one.

Baked French Toast

This has the potential to be a good recipe but, as is, I was very disappointed. It was very soggy in the middle. The edges browned nicely and that tasted good but a bit too sweet for my liking. I even actually really like sweet things but this was a bit much.

Danish Potato Soup

I doubled the recipe. I found it to lack flavour and I think next time would add some chicken stock because it does have the potential to be a really great soup.

Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli

This was the best recipe I've cooked in a long time. I doubled the sauce amount, like a lot of other people. It's truely a recipe that can make one over eat. Thank you DeltaQueen.
