This is a great recipe, super easy and moist with a sweet buttery flavor. I love both sweet and southern cornbread, but this one is the sweet kind without being to cake-like, some of the sweet ones call for too much flour and this one is just right. If you wanted it less sweet I'm sure you could add less sugar. Thanks for a great recipe!
