Cocktail Meatballs I
This recipe is INCREDIBLE! My kids crave it and ask for it again and again, and my husband can't get enough. It is easy, too. I would suggest draining the grease before putting the sauce on top. Otherwise, the sauce gets dilluted. Additionally, if you really pack the meatballs together, it keeps the sauce pretty much on top of the meatballs, giving them a good glaze with enough running between to coat them completely.

Banana Banana Bread
This is the best banana bread recipe I have ever had. My kids inhaled it! It is moist and yummy. I added a teaspoon of vanilla and a little extra sugar to it, and it was fabulous. It would be even better with nuts!

White Bread I
This bread is just fabulous. Normally, I'm not the type to eat plain bread and butter, but this bread is good enough all by itself. It did collapse a little bit, but not being a "seasoned" bread maker, I don't know why.. It was too good, though, to be upset about!
