Best Ever Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
This was really tasty and the texture was perfect. Didn't crumble or fall apart at all, and the glaze has a wonderful flavor. I made mine into mini meatloafs, which my husband and children loved. Will be making again!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
This was delicious! Spicy, but not overly, and so flavorful. I only used 5 chk breasts, didn't have whole tomatoes so I used Chunky Stewed tomatoes instead, and didn't have parsley or onion powder so I just skipped it. Other than that, I followed the recipe to the tee, and my husband and I were so impressed! Loved it, and will be definitely making again and again!!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2010
This was good, I used real mashed potatoes and since I only had regular mushroom soup, I added a clove of garlic to the meat when it was cooking. I steamed the vegetables first and I also added an onion and s&p. The kids loved it!

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
Delicious! I made some slight changes, I used just 2 zucchini's, doubled the chicken broth, added drained diced tomatoes, and doubled the spices. This was really tasty with fresh bread, very hearty.

Canja

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
This was my first try at making chicken soup, and it was delicious! I only made some slight changes, I used a can of diced tomatoes(strained) instead of fresh, and added a little more rice and ham. Will definitely make again.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2006
This is delicious, my man called me an evil genious b/c I've now gotten him to love salads and vegetables with recipes like this. I toasted the sesame seeds and almonds and cut the sugar down by a quarter.

Yummy Veggie Omelet

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
This was good, I definitely didn't use as much salt as it called for, and I used orange and yellow peppers instead, personal preference, and Kraft Tex Mex cheese blend instead of swiss. Turned out very well.

Awesome! I skipped the onions only b/c my sister was eating over and she hates onions, so I doubled the relish, and it still turned out great. Thanks Diane!

Wow! This is delicious, and so simple. I skipped the baking stage and it was still great. I used elbow noodles, and cut the salt in half, and also added a touch more cheese. Will definitely make again and again.

Sauceless Garden Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2005
This recipe is awesome!! So simple, but yet so tasty. The only changes I made were using canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh and adding the cheese (used a bit more than 1 cup) 15 min's before it finished baking so it wouldn't be so crispy, and it was kraft tex mex cheese I used. I have made this several times already in the past few weeks. Thanks Emily!

French Beef Stew

Reviewed: May 26, 2005
This was very good, but we came to the consensus that it would be better with the dijon cut in half, it was very overpowering, then it would be five stars.

Vegetable Couscous

Reviewed: May 26, 2005
This was terrible, we threw it out, but I think it would have been good if we had bought some good couscous. We got ours from the bulk section, tasted old. Will try again with fresher couscous.
